Booking Appointments Via Square
Step 1 - If your nails have anything that needs to be removed, select Removal BEFORE selecting Manicure and/or Pedicure. If your nails are bare, you may skip to Step 2.
Step 2 - Select Manicure and/or Pedicure services. If you would like nail art, select nail art and how many nails you would like a design on (option for 2, 4, 6 or all 10 nails)
Credit Card - Appointments
We require a credit card to secure all appointments over the phone. All cards and personal information are stored securely.
Cancellations
We understand that life gets busy and last-minute changes can happen. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us a call during business hours. NO text messages. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and our guests miss the opportunity to receive services they need.
Large Parties & Special Events
For large parties (bridal showers, birthdays, etc.) we require bookings to be made at minimum ten days prior to the appointment. Services cannot be modified upon arrival. You are more than welcome to set up a sweets table with small decors and light bites. Contact us to discuss further details.
Arrival and Late Policy
In the event you are late please give us a call. if you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that your service(s) will be performed in full due to potential time restraints, but we will do our best to accommodate you with an abbreviated service. If we perform an abbreviated service due to your late arrival, you will still be charged for your originally scheduled service.
Arrival
For the best experience, we invite guests to arrive 5 minutes early to ensure there is plenty of time to check in, use the bathroom and choose your choice of color.
Refusal of Service
We have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Reasons may include safety concerns, medical concerns or any behavior that we feel is inappropriate. It is very important that a safe environment is maintained for our staff and our guests.
Medical Conditions
When making an appointment or BEFORE your service, please let us know if you are pregnant, have any health conditions, nail fungus, ingrown toenails, special needs (e.g. allergies or injuries), etc. This will help us customize your service to ensure the highest satisfaction and benefits.
Refunds
There are no refunds. We highly value your satisfaction. Should you experience any dissatisfaction throughout your service, kindly inform your technician immediately. Please note that refunds or redo services are not available once the service has been completed.
Children
To ensure the safety of children and enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for their children while they are receiving services. Children may not be in our spa waiting areas or service areas at any time, except if they are receiving the service.
Property Damage
We are not responsible for any personal properties that are damaged, lost, stolen, or left behind.
